The Cancun Shared Shuttle Service is the most ECONOMICAL way to get from the Cancun International Airport to any hotel in Cancun and Riviera Maya. With one of the largest fleets of shuttles, we guarantee a reliable and efficient transfer.

The shuttle service runs daily to and from the Cancun International Airport starting at 8:00 a.m. until 8:00 p.m. If you are arriving or departing outside of our hours of operation, we recommend you reserve a TAXI service instead.

When you arrive to Cancun International Airport, first you will go through immigrations, pick up your luggage and clear customs. After you clear customs, there is a long hallway that is going to take you outside the terminal. Once you get outside, please look for a representative holding a sign that says Cancun Shuttle. We will monitor your flight, thus we will know exactly at what time you will be landing in Cancun. If your flight is delayed, don't worry, we will know and will adjust your service accordingly. The price is the same if you pre-book online or purchase the ticket at the airport. But, for a speedy service, it is HIGHLY recommended that you pre arrange your shuttle service. This way you will be pre-assigned to a vehicle and will leave the airport quickly.

The shuttle service is provided in vans for up to 10 passengers. You share the van with other people going to the same hotel or hotels near by. Every effort is put on scheduling you in a van going to the same hotel, thus the importance of pre-arranging your service, but the shuttle may make 3 or 5 stops before arriving to your hotel. Pre-arranged shuttles will not make more than 3 stops before getting to your hotel.
